Experience: I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a decade of experience in neuroscience research. Life as a young adult can have various challenges and sometimes seemingly uphill battles. Sometimes you may feel like you are stuck in the position you are in, or you may struggle with negative thinking, not quite sure how to move forward.

During sessions, my goal is to create a safe space to freely discuss and address life’s concerns. We will accomplish goals by using a variety of therapeutic techniques that are tailored to you. I will help you identify your strengths and solutions to face your circumstances using a holistic and individualized approach. As a person who has navigated school, relationships, working life, and now being a new mom, I totally get how challenging it can be to find your way in adulthood. It’s normal to feel a bit lost and unsure of where to turn for support.
